Standard shipping is available for free to addresses in the United States regardless of the item's price or your order quantity.
For addresses outside of the United States, we charge a flat rate of $10 per order for standard shipping.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address or need to update your shipment information, please send us a note via the contact page as soon as possible after you place your order. Be sure to include your order number in the form.
Our products are individually embroidered after each order is placed. This production process takes between 2-7 business days.
Items will ship after this process. Shipping time varies based on the delivery location.
For orders shipped under standard shipping to addresses in the U.S., you can expect to receive your order within 14 business days from the date the purchase was made, although customers generally receive their items much sooner.
Once an item has shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information. Tracking details for all your orders will also be available in your Flight School NYC account.
We can accept returns or exchanges within 14 days after items are delivered.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please fill out the form on our contact page, and we'll provide you with a return shipping address. Be sure to include your order number in the form.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we'll refund your purchase or send out an exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
